Ticicalli Yahualli’s Childbirth Preparation and Support Circle

Meetings are held: Last Sunday of every month 3-5pm

Ticicalli Yahualli’s Childbirth Preparation and Support Circle is a woman-led approach to educating, preparing, and supporting pregnant women, new mothers, and women who are interested in birth. We discuss all aspects of birth from an Indigenous point of view, reasserting our respect for nature, cultural traditions and our Identity as Native mothers. We offer free Child care, tea, and popcorn.

Natural/holistic Prenatal Care

Nutrition

Dispelling of Cultural Myths

Fitness

Comfort Measures and Support

Physiology and Anatomy of Birth and Labor
